How to make a return

1. Access the reserved area of ​​the site by entering your account credentials. Enter the "Order history" section and send your return request through the dedicated section in the order details. You have 14 days from sending the order to request it. Wait for the acceptance of the return request by Joliefashionstore, which takes place in 2/3 working days. As soon as the return is accepted by Joliefashionstore you will have 14 days to send the goods with shipping costs at your expense. 

2. Pack the goods properly in the original packaging in order to guarantee the integrity of both the product and the packaging, so that the garment cannot be damaged during transport. Remember to include a copy of the proof of purchase / invoice / tax receipt in the package. Unfortunately, products received without a proof of purchase number will not be accepted.

3. Write your NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS as sender on the outside of the package and indicate as recipient: JOLIE SRL Piazza Petrarca, 1 Montebelluna (TV) CAP 31044 

4. Send the package by post or courier according to your preferences; shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer. We recommend that you use a standard shipping service with tracking as the sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery or delays.

5. Once the return has been received in the store, the products will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure that they meet the return conditions. At the slightest sign of use of the garment, the return will not be accepted.

6. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, once the inspection has been passed, a refund will be issued. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS: To proceed with the return it is necessary that the products are in perfect condition, without any signs of use or washing, with their original box and / or bags, labels, instructions and everything that was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same state of purchase. Joliefashionstore is recommended to always read the labels and instructions attached to the products. 

How to make an exchange

1. SIZE CHANGE: 

In the case of items purchased with the wrong size / measurement, the goods are exchanged with shipping costs charged to the customer, both for the return of the item and for the new product.

The shipping costs of the new item are € 5.99 for Italy, € 14.90 for Europe and € 24.90 Extra Cee.

CHANGE PRODUCT:

It is possible to change the purchased product if it respects the return conditions and is therefore not damaged and / or used and is returned with labels and original packaging intact. 

If promotional codes have been used in the returned order, it will no longer be possible to re-use them.

In case of receipt of goods that do not comply with the return conditions or damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund will be denied, with subsequent return of the goods at the customer's expense. 

If you benefited from a promotion at the time of purchase, check the terms and conditions of the promotion.

Refunds

The method of repayment will be agreed with JolieFashionStore choosing one of the available payment methods: PayPal or facie fi c bank. 

If the product is defective

It is our care to always check all products well before packing them. However, if you find a defect in the product you have just purchased, I recommend that you notify us as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of receiving the package. You will have to write us an email at costumercare@joliefashionstore.it to point out the problem in order to evaluate together if it can be solved without the return.

In the event that the product must be returned because it is defective, you can choose to receive an identical product (subject to availability of colours and sizes) or equivalent to the one previously purchased, or a different product of equal value.

The shipping of the new chosen product will be paid by Joliefashionstore. Please note that upon receipt of the return in the store, the products declared to be defective will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure that they meet the conditions of defect. At the slightest sign of use, the return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically by the e-Commerce site joliefashionstore.it and it is possible to preview, while you are proceeding with the purchase, in the "Shopping cart " box, how much they will amount.

Shipping costs are set according to the delivery area:

ITALY: 5, 90 € 

EUROPE: 19,90 € 

EXTRA EEC: 29,90 € 

Shipping is FREE for:
ITALY: orders over € 99.00.
 

Free shipping is only valid for the product not discount.

Shipping and delivery times (2/3 standard working days for Italy and 4/5 working days for Europe and Extra CEE)

A very fast shipping service is offered for all deliveries. Orders received on working days are delivered to the courier on the same day or the next day at the latest, based on the arrival time of the order. Orders received on holidays are processed within 1/2 working days.

From when the goods are delivered to the courier, it will in turn be delivered to the sender within the following 24 / 48h except for problems due to the courier himself. Times may vary and the service may not be available for remote areas, islands or in the case of bulky products.

For NON-EU countries: Shipments of goods to customers residing outside the European Community (non-EU) are to be understood net of VAT and customs duties. Local VAT and any customs duties will be charged to the recipient and will be requested by the shipper during the delivery of the goods.

Shipping Times

Orders received on joliefashionstore.it will be processed within 24/48 hours after receipt of payment, subject to availability of the ordered item. The package will then be taken over by the courier who will deliver between the following 24 and 48 hours, so make sure there is someone at home to receive the order on the days in which the shipment is expected.

Joliefashionstore also supports shipping to your work address, so if it is more convenient for you, you can indicate this when completing the order.

NB: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Italian holidays will be processed starting from the first following working day.

How does it work

By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) business hours, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee the delivery of the package to the courier on the same day, thus shortening shipping times. In the event of holidays, or changes to the order, delivery is postponed to the first working day.

In case of shipment by courier, an e-mail will be sent at the time of shipment indicating the shipment number through which it will be possible to follow the progress on the courier's website.

Joliefashionstore prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier with the original packaging of the manufacturer or with cardboard boxes properly closed with adhesive tape or with waterproof padded envelopes or with sealed plastic envelopes.

The times for entrusting the products to the courier are published next to each item and vary according to the payment method chosen.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1. that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or altered. We decline all responsibility for any damage to the package during transport.

2. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the courier's accompanying document.

3. In case of discrepancy, the same must be reported and confirmed within seven days through the ticket system dedicated to customer service that you find by accessing your reserved area of ​​the site. The goods must in any case be checked within seven days of receipt of the same. Any hidden anomalies must be reported. Any report received after the deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

NOTE

• Delivery delays or problems: in case of problems or delays we recommend contacting the customer service of the competent branch of the courier in charge of delivery.

• Delivery to other often some shipments that are not delivered, and by tracking the result, are withdrawn from family or neighbours, so please verify before you notify us of missed deliveries.

• Internal error: if one of the products of the order is not in the package, or is not the one ordered, please notify us promptly in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

• If delivery is not successfully end (e.g. address / number provided incorrect phone and untraceable even after contact attempts) and shipping would come back to Joliefashionstore the cost of return will be charged. The costs for further forwarding are always borne by the customer.

Subject damaged: if the items received are damaged, please contact us via email at customercare@joliefashionstore.it within 24 hours of receiving the product, the with reference to the order, and possibly with the images. Our customer service will assist you quickly to resolve the situation.

The regulation of the points collection:

- The loyalty points collection is dedicated only to users registered on the joliehashionstore.it site

- Loyalty points can be converted into discount coupons that can only be spent on the joliehashionstore.it site

- One point is worth 0.05 euros. Example: 100 accumulated loyalty points can be converted into a discount voucher of 5.00 euros.

- Points awarded in one order can be spent starting from the next order and after 14 working days from the last purchase. 

- The points have a duration of 60 days from the moment of validation.

- The accumulated points are nominal and cannot be transferred or used by other users. 

- Each euro of purchase corresponds to a loyalty point.

- Accumulated loyalty points can be viewed at any time by accessing the personal reserved area of ​​the site.

- The shipping costs of the order do not contribute to the collection of points.

- There is no minimum amount of expenditure to take advantage of the discount voucher resulting from the collection of points. 

- The cancellation of your customer account results in the loss of loyalty points and discount coupons accumulated up to that moment.

- Any incorrect behaviour aimed at modifying the regular counting, assignment and use of loyalty points and discount coupons will result in the zeroing of the points collection in progress.

- JolieFashionStore reserves the right to cancel or modify the discount coupons giving due communication and explanation.
