How to make a return

  1. Return request
    Log in to your account with the credentials you used to place your order. Go to the section “My Orders”, select "Details" of the order in question and send the request via the appropriate section.

  • Select the item(s) to return
  • Indicate the reason for the return
  • Confirm by clicking on “Request Return”

  • The return can be requested within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The request will be verified by JolieFashionStore.it within 1 working day (2/3 days if it is a holiday).

    Once accepted, you will receive an email with the procedure to follow. You can proceed with the shipment of the products independently with Shipping costs at your expense or via our courier at a cost of €7.50.     1. Effective date of the right of withdrawal in case of storage

    In the event that the package is not delivered directly to the recipient due to absence or failure to collect it and is placed in storage at the post office, courier or designated collection point, the start of the terms for exercising the right of withdrawal and for any return requests will be calculated starting from the date of the first day of storage, as communicated by the courier itself, and not from the date on which the package is physically collected or delivered to the customer.
