How to make a return

1. Access the reserved area of the site by entering your account credentials. Enter the "Order history" section and send your return request through the dedicated section in the order details. You can request the return of an item no later than 14 days from receiving the item itself. You will have to wait for Joliefashionstore to accept the return request, which takes 2/3 working days. As soon as the return is accepted by Joliefashionstore you can send us back the goods you want to return, with shipping costs at your expense. The returned products must reach Joliefashionstore no later than 14 days from receipt of the order.

2. Pack the goods adequately in the original packaging in order to guarantee the integrity of both the product and the packaging, so that the item cannot be damaged during transport. Remember to also include a copy of the proof of purchase/invoice/tax receipt in the package. Unfortunately, products received without a proof of purchase number will not be accepted.

3. Write your NAME, SURNAME, ADDRESS on the outside of the package as sender and indicate as recipient: JOLIE Srl Piazza Petrarca,1 Montebelluna (TV) CAP 31044 

4. You will receive a return shipping confirmation from Jolie Fashion Store which will be your responsibility.

5. Once the return has been received in store, the products will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure they satisfy the return conditions. At the slightest sign of use of the garment, the return will not be accepted.

6. Within 14 days of receipt of the goods, once the inspection has been passed, the refund will be issued.

CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS: To proceed with the return it is necessary that the products are in perfect condition, without any sign of use or washing, with their original box and/or bags, labels, instructions and everything which was included in the original packaging. They must therefore be in the same state of purchase. Joliefashionstore recommends always reading the labels and instructions attached to the products.

OVERSEAS > CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS FOR BOTH EXCHANGE AND RETURN: The same conditions apply as in Italy but the cost of shipping is always borne by the customer.

How to change size or goods

Product exchange is free for one time only and for orders over €299.00

Attention: you have 14 days from sending the order to request an exchange, but we advise you to request it as soon as possible to find wider availability of items. Wait for Joliefashionstore to accept the exchange request, which usually takes place within 1/2 working days.

2. Pack the goods adequately in the original packaging to ensure the integrity of both the product and the packaging during transport. Also include a copy of the proof of purchase/invoice/tax receipt in the package. Products received without proof of purchase number will not be accepted.

PRODUCT CHANGE:< /p>

Product exchange is free only once.

It is possible to exchange the purchased product if it complies with the return conditions and is therefore not damaged and/or used and returned with intact original labels and packaging.

If promotional codes have been used in the returned order, they will no longer be possible to reuse them.

In the event of receiving goods that do not comply with the return conditions or damaged due to incorrect use by the customer, the refund will be denied, with subsequent reshipment of the goods at the customer's expense.

If you benefited from a promotion at the time of purchase, check the terms and conditions of the same.

If a tax invoice is requested during the order phase, the exchange is not permitted.

2. Imballa adeguatamente la merce nella confezione originale in modo da garantire l'integrità, sia del prodotto che della confezione, durante il trasporto. Inserisci nel pacco anche la copia della prova di acquisto/fattura/scontrino fiscale. I prodotti ricevuti senza numero di prova d’acquisto non verranno accettati.

3. Scrivi esternamente al pacco come mittente il tuo NOME, COGNOME, INDIRIZZO e indicare come destinatario: JOLIE Srl Piazza Petrarca,1 Montebelluna (TV) CAP 31044

4. Riceverai da Jolie Fashion Store la conferma di spedizione di ritorno che sarà esclusivamente a carico tuo. in accordo con Jolie Fashion Store potrai decidere se far ritirare il pacco dal corriere o portarlo in un punto di ritiro. 

5. Ricevuto il reso in negozio, i prodotti saranno sottoposti ad un accurato controllo affinché soddisfino le condizioni di reso. Al minimo segno di utilizzo il reso non verrà accettato.

CAMBIO PRODOTTO:

Il cambio prodotto è gratuito solo per una volta.

È possibile cambiare il prodotto acquistato se rispetta le condizioni di reso e quindi non è danneggiato e/o usato e si restituisce con etichette e su confezioni originali integre. 

Se nell'ordine reso sono stati utilizzati dei codici promozionali, non sarà più possibile riutilizzabili.

In caso di ricezione di merce che non rispetti le condizioni di reso o danneggiata per errato utilizzo da parte del cliente, il rimborso verrà negato, con successiva rispedizione della merce a carico del cliente. 

Se al momento dell'acquisto hai beneficiato di una promozione, controlla i termini e condizioni della stessa.

Se viene richiesta fattura fiscale in fase d'ordine il cambio non è consentito. 

Refunds

The refund method will be agreed with JolieFashionStore by choosing one of the available payment methods: PayPal or bank transfer.

If the product is defective

It is our responsibility to always carefully check all products before packing them. However, if you find a defect in the product you have just purchased, I advise you to notify us as soon as possible, maximum within 14 days of receiving the package. You will have to write us an email at costumercare@joliefashionstore.it to report the problem so that we can evaluate together whether it can be resolved without returning it.

In the event that the product must be returned because it is defective, you can choose to receive an identical product (subject to color and size availability) or equivalent to the one previously purchased, or a different product but of equal value.

The shipping of the new product chosen will be paid by Joliefashionstore. Please note that upon receipt of the return in store, the products declared defective will be subjected to a thorough check to ensure they satisfy the defect conditions. At the slightest sign of use the return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the e-Commerce site joliefashionstore.it and it is possible to preview, while you are proceeding with the purchase, in the "Shopping cart" box, how much they will amount.

Shipping costs are set based on the delivery area:

ITALY:  €5.99
EUROPE: €19.90
EXTRA EEC: €29.90

Shipping times and delivery (2/3 standard working days for Italy and 4/5 working days for Europe and Extra CEE)

For all deliveries a very convenient shipping service is offered speedy. Orders received on working days are delivered to the courier on the same day or at most the following day, based on the arrival time of the order. Orders received on public holidays are processed within 1/2 working days.

From when the goods are delivered to the courier, they will in turn be delivered to the sender within the following 24/48 hours unless there are problems due to the courier himself. Times may vary and the service may not be available for remote areas, islands or in the case of bulky products.

For NON-EU countries: Shipments of goods directed to customers resident outside the Community European (non-EU) are to be understood net of VAT and customs duties. Local VAT and any customs duties will be paid by the recipient and will be requested by the shipper during delivery of the goods.

Times

Orders received on joliefashionstore.it will be processed within a maximum of 24/48 hours following receipt of payment, subject to availability of the ordered item. The package will then be taken over by the courier who will deliver between the following 24 and 48 hours, so make sure there is someone at home to receive the order on the days in which the shipment is expected.

Joliefashionsore also supports shipping to your work address, therefore, if it is more convenient for you, you can indicate it when completing the order.

N.B.: Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or during Italian holidays, they will be processed starting from the first following working day.

How does it work

By placing the order before 12.00 (GMT +1) working hours, from Monday to Friday, we guarantee delivery of the package to the courier on the same day, thus shortening shipping times. In the event of holidays, or changes to the order, delivery will be postponed to the first working day.

In case of shipment by courier, at the time of shipment an e-mail will be sent indicating the number of shipping through which it will be possible to follow the progress on the courier's website.

Joliefashionstore prepares the goods contained in the order and entrusts them to the courier with the original packaging of the manufacturer or with cardboard boxes appropriately closed with adhesive tape or with waterproof padded envelopes or with sealed plastic envelopes.

The delivery times of the products to the courier are published next to each item and also vary depending on the method chosen payment method.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1. that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered. We decline any responsibility for any damage to the package during transport.

2. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the Courier's accompanying document;

3. In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported and confirmed within seven days via the ticket system dedicated to customer service which you can find by accessing your reserved area of the site. The goods must in any case be checked within seven days of receiving them. Any hidden anomalies must be reported. Any report received after the aforementioned deadlines will not be taken into consideration. For each declaration, the customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.

NOTE

Delays or delivery problems: in case of problems or delays we recommend contacting the customer support of the competent branch of the courier responsible for the delivery.

Delivery to others: often some shipments that are not shown to have been delivered, while tracking shows so, are collected by family members or neighbors, we therefore ask you to check before reporting missed deliveries.

Internal error: in the event that one of the products in the order is not delivered found in the package, or it is not the one ordered, please let us know promptly so that we can resolve the problem as soon as possible.

In the event that the delivery is not successful (for example due to incorrect address/telephone number provided and unavailability even after contact attempts) and the shipment is returned to Joliefashionstore, the return costs will be charged. The costs for further reshipment are always borne by the customer.

Damaged item: if the items received are damaged, please contact us by email by writing to customercare@joliefashionstore.it within 24 hours of receiving the package, the with references to the order and possibly with images. Our customer service will quickly assist you to resolve the situation.

The rules for collecting points:

- The collection of loyalty points is dedicated exclusively to users registered on the joliehashionstore.it website

- Loyalty points can be converted into discount vouchers that can only be spent on the joliehashionstore.it website

- One point is worth 0.03 euros. Example: 100 loyalty points accumulated can be converted into a discount voucher of 5.00 euros.

- The points assigned in an order can be spent starting from the next order and after 14 working days from the last purchase.

- The points have a duration of 365 days from the moment of validation.

- The points accumulated are nominal and not they can be transferred or used by other users.

- Each euro of purchase corresponds to a loyalty point.

- The accumulated loyalty points can be viewed at any time by accessing the personal reserved area of the site.

- Order shipping costs do not contribute to the collection of points.

< p>- There is no minimum spending amount to take advantage of the discount voucher deriving from collecting points.

- Cancellation of your customer account determines the loss of loyalty points and discount vouchers accumulated up to that point.

< p>- Any incorrect behavior aimed at modifying the regular counting, assignment and use of loyalty points and discount vouchers will result in the cancellation of the ongoing points collection.

- JolieFashionStore yes reserves the right to cancel or modify discount vouchers by providing due communication and explanation.
